What is your return policy?Updated a month ago

Juicy Couture accepts returns of unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order,  for orders placed through our official U.S. online store (juicycouture.com).

Orders placed on international websites or third-party retailers (e.g., department stores, resellers, or non-juicycouture.com sites) are not eligible for returns through our U.S. return portal. Please refer to the return policy of the original retailer for assistance.

Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

We want you to love what you ordered, so we offer 2 return options:

• Store Credit: You can also choose to receive your refund via a gift card. If you select this option, the return shipping fee is on us!

• Refunds to Original Payment: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your total. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns may take up to 5-7 days for processing once the package has been delivered.

Please note that items sent back without a return packing slip, will take longer to refund. Packing slips are provided along with the return shipping label when you register your return on our return portal. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will be denied.

Products marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit.
