Step 1: Visit our returns portal here. You will need to enter your shipping zip code and order number (including "JC"): Returns.

Step 2: Select the items you wish to return and specify the reason for return (e.g., Too Big, Too Small, Changed Mind). 

Step 3: Choose your preferred refund method:

• Store Credit: No fees apply! This option ensures convenience as the credit will be issued to your email once the order is marked as in transit to our warehouse.
• Original Payment Method: This option incurs a $7.95 fee deducted from your refund.

Step 4: Complete your return by clicking "Submit Return". You will be able to download and print your packing slip and return label on the next page or display a QR code. If you opt for a QR code it must be downloaded as soon as possible to avoid expiration of this option.
